There is something about the weekend

and there is something 
about weekend breakfast cooking

  that turns me & Hazel into wild girls!

First we start chasing around the kitchen

 like crazy 

then we get right around

the feet of the peep doing the cooking

and start the bitey face going

It gets wild!

Mom must have been scramblin' to get out of the way 

when she took this sideways picture!

Bailey doesn't know what to think !

 That was fun, let's do it again next weekend!

Paws and Prayers for Goose

By now most of you know that Goose is very ill and has been in the hospital.

Today he will leave the the hospital that has been caring for him and 

transfer to the care of his own Dr. Eddie who has been out of town.

  The hospital is requiring the bill to be paid when Goose's Mom picks him up

The bill was already over $900 as of Sunday.

If you want to donate there are several ways you can do it.

• You can call the dogtur's office, Brookside Animal Hospital  801.255.3545 with a credit card number but you would need to do that first thing this morning because Goose will be leaving there to be treated by Dr. Eddie and these two practices are not affiliated in any way. UPDATE - Brookside is paid in full - do not contact them to donate

• You can mail your donation directly to Goose and his mom (Michelle).  Many of you have their address from the Christmas Card mailing list.  Anyone who needs the address can obtain it by emailing Murphy & Stanley at cecampbell(at)msn(dot)com.  (We just don't want to post the address on the Internet.)

• If you have a PayPal account, you can make a payment, designating it as a gift and put Goose's name on it.  The account you would be sending it to is: pugranch2(at)msn(dot)com.  This is our Mom's paypal account and she will take care of getting the money to Goose's Mom.

The Price of Freedom

POTP for GOOSE

Lots of you already know that our dear friend Goose is very sick. He needs prayers and POTP and healing bubbles and juju and love and  whatever else you can send his way. We have copied this from Murphy & Stanley - thank you Doods for getting the word out.

Furiends of Goose - UPDATED

This is a special post for our furiends in Blogville who know and love our furiend Goose.  As you know he is VERY, VERY sick and in the hospital.  His own Dr. Eddy is out of town until Tuesday so he had to go to another dogtur to help him until Dr. Eddy comes back.  They don't know what is wrong fur sure and his mom Michelle said right now he is "holding his own".

Now if you have read Goose's blog, one thing you know fur sure is that he does a lot to help other people. But since me and Stanley know Goose and his mom in the furs, we know even more than that.  We know that his mom is just like him.  If they see someone who needs help, they are fast to jump in there and help them out.  Goose would give the collar off his neck to help a furiend in need!

We know lots and lots of people have asked us if there was anything they could do for Goose and his mom, to help during this bad time when he is fighting for his life.  And the truth is, his mom would not ask for anything. That is just how she is.  She will make sure Goose gets what he needs even if she has to go without!  We think Goose and his mom are connected in their souls.

Goose is going to have to pay his dogtur bill (in full) on Tuesday when he leaves and switches over to Dr. Eddy.  It is already over $900.  So if anyone wanted to help, you could call the dogtur's office and offer a few green papers towards the bill.  Here is the info:

BUTT!!!  Read this impawtent information:  Since Goose is going to have to pay the bill first thing Tuesday morning (his mom is going to be hammering on the door to get to him) if you are not able to contact the dogtur's office to offer a credit card number in time, then please just mail your donation directly to Goose's mom.  Most of you already have her address from the Christmas Card list.  (I don't want to put it on the post so if you need it, just email us at cecampbell@msn.com and we will send it to you.)

We know Goose and his mom would really appreciate this but again, they would never ask for it themselves.  So we'll just keep this on the down low for now!  Let's show them Blogville has their back! Thanks everyone!

It was a busy day for them so I spent the day

A Date Walk down Memory Lane

It's the BIG DAY

 No boys came a callin' so
here we are

two little pug girls

As for Bailey ... 

well all he can think about

 is the magical date he had with his special girl, 

 Angel Gracie Lynn 

on the first date day last September 

So we are gonna let him walk down memory lane

It's finally here!!

Sarge had this great idea for a

Blogville Date day/night

and it's finally here

 

Of course I asked my girl Gracie Lynn

It's State Fair week here in Idaho

what better place to take a date

 for food and fun!

First stop was a food booth

For some cheese fries and

 corn dogs tube steaks

Then we just had to get some souvenir hats

Up on the ferris wheel ride

we could see soooo far

Gracie was a little nervous but I held her close

It took me a few tries and a lot of green papers

 but I won a teddy bear for my sweet Gracie

And you can't go to the fair

without sharing some cotton candy

I saved the best ride for last

But our date wasn't over yet

A lovely dinner at a quiet spot

then a walk in the moon light

and the perfect date ended



with a perfect kiss

I had a wonderful time with my girl Gracie Lynn

I will see you again some day my Angel
till then I will always be Your Man

My Petco Adventure

Finally I get to tell you about my trip to Petco

We normally get our food from Chewy.com

When our latest bag arrived it had a hole in it.

Chewy said they would send a new bag but

we were almost out of food before it arrived.

So Mom and I got in the car, 

she hooked my harness up to the seat belt thingy 

and we made a trip to Petco 

to buy a small bag of food

Hurry Mom! I don't want to starve!

It took us 87 10 minutes to drive there

 they must have known I was coming 

when I walked up the doors opened like magic

OMD! Where do we go first!

A whole display of Star Wars Toys!

Mom! Mom! loook at all these toys !!!!

 We found a small bag of our food

 but Mom looked at the "sell by" date 

and it was expired by one week

there was only one more bag

 but it was also expired

Mom asked the sales peep

 if they had anymore of my kind of food

Nope they did not 

He then told Mom 

that they could not sell us the bags cause 

of the expired date 

butt

he could give both bags to us FOR FREE!!!

I was so excited to get free food that I totally forgot

about asking for a toy and we left

Thanks Petco!

I am so glad that Me and Hazel & Bailey

did not have to starve.

Lost Sock Memorial Day!

I was going to tell you about my trip to Petco today

 but in honor of Lost Sock Memorial Day

 we are going to do a repost of  

  Mom's Socks

I have a thing about Mom's socks

I love Mom

 and   

I love her socks 

When she gets her socks out of the

drawer in the morning

I have to inspect them

Unfold them

and try to keep them for myself

When the laundry is dry

There I am

looking for mom's socks 

 I don't look for Dad's socks

Just Mom's

  

And when Mom takes off her shoes

I am right there ready to help her

 take off her socks

 A year later that blue pair of socks is worn 

but still my favorite 

to try to steal from the clean laundry!
